To Hobie, answers to recent questions and comments on RMN. Many programs preceded Farm Claims? (Anon). True, many. Some of “WE” are in all those he mentioned and several more.
Casper began by writing about Farm Claims ?. Untrue. All Programs in general. How long ago? A least a dozen years, it may be 15, I forget. Updates were written for a very small audience, most were friends. Updates spread and were ‘picked up’ from Cyber Space by various web-sites. Once that happened we began sending copies directly to them. We subsequently learned of distribution in many countries.
All who are to get notices have received? (T-Man). False. No notices received by any Program Participants. He may be referring to ‘Settlement Fund’ notices or notices regarding the lawsuits he is involved in. This is an example of why we believe he knows little or nothing about ‘Our Business’.
Farm claims began in late 80’s, early 90’s, when the Foster/Baskerville Lawsuit went Class Action?. Not true, the original Farm Claim Lawsuit dates to the mid-seventies and did not include either B. or F.. Most of those 70’s claimants have ‘passed on’ as have Mr. Baskerville and Mr. Foster. The lawsuit progressed up through several appellate jurisdictions and ended up in the Corporations Supreme Court where they are either ‘sitting on it’ or holding back disclosure of their rulings until the unconstitutionality of the Corporation, the Fed Res Monetary System, Fiat Currency and the Court itself are exposed for what they are, an Organized Crime Syndicate working for the Money Powers which has hijacked our Republic and our Constitution and given us “Democracy” in its place, a form of Government DISPISED by the Founding Fathers.
