We don't have Constitutional Rights---we have Constitutionally "Protected" Rights. The Constitution does not apply to the People---it applies to the government to limit their power---this is a very important distinction! The "Bill of Rights" is a separate document. All of our Rights are given by God and not by man---i told this to an FBI agent once and he didn't like it but did not refute it!

Not only that, but any disclosed or non-disclosed adhesion contracts can not take away any God-given rights and liberties. Even if you wanted to do it, you can not sign away any rights given by God to all of humanity.
