I’d like to make several points:
We have a Constitution of the United States of America in perpetuity. I am referring to the Declaration of Independence that set off the Revolutionary War as the Articles of Confederation were still in draft form. That immediately required a more comprehensive redraft resulting in the Constitution of the United States of America to form a more perfect Union; Despite the similarity in appearance, the Constitution is not the “bylaws” of a CORPORATION. The Constitution of the United States of America is a common law document.
So, is Mr. Obama using the powers of a CEO to dismantle the CORPORATION, or is he signing orders to dismantle what cannot be dismantled by a CEO?”
We have had a perpetual Army and Navy since before the Revolution.
We know that West Point Army Officers and Annapolis Naval Officers hold two Commissions.
We know that Full Faith and Credit requires seal in both the States and the Territories.
We know there are two Washington jurisdictions (Washington Territory by congressional grant in 1853 and WASHINGTON D.C.)
So, what is it this group wants to “restore?” The Constitution in all its simple elegance does not need restoring, IT NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED.
The most likely Officers to bring about ENFORCEMENT, are Regular Army and the Navy Officers. In listening to Drake it appears that ENFORCEMENT is about to occur and that will also trigger the return to constitutional money.
Finally, I would be very interested to know WHICH 35 states voted unanimously for the Declaration of Intention.

It appears that the founding traitors during the secret constitutional convention already had incorporated the "government" for the King of England. Benjamin Franklin was correct in saying "a Republic, if you can keep it" since he already knew the Republic had been high-jacked.
Look at one of Obama's executive orders VERY OBSERVANTLY in graphic format (not just text format)and you will notice that the EO is coming from the President of the White House, not from the President of the Republic of the united States of America.

The EOs of today, as well as yester-years, all come from the CEOs of the White House Corporation. Some of the past CEOs from the White House Corporation include George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, etc.
Notice that since all EOs originate from the White House Corporation, only employees of the White House Corporation need to follow them.

There is only one officer named Barack H. Obama listed as President and strangely neither Joe Biden nor anyone else is Vice President. In case that did not sink in, I will repeat:

well everyone is forgetting a overlooked piece of history . when the British invaded in 1812 , they burned Washington DC the capitol the library of congress and the white house. they also went to every former colony and burned all documents in the state capitols as well. every copy of the original founding documents were destroyed including the originals of the declaration of independence, the Articles of Confederation and perpetual union and the Constitution FOR the united States of America and the Republics for which it stands.
after the British left they rounded up enough forgers they locked them in a church with out food , water or toilet breaks until they signed and sealed the replacement founding documents and the constitution minus the original 13th. amendment
only one original signer was still alive in early 1846. the British did not think to raid the descendants that drafted the original docs for their diaries and other personal notes and letters. unsigned originals were found that were rejected due to either ink smudges or spelling errors. or a part had to be rewritten.
if you read the Jefferson papers and diary and those of other founding fathers will you get a more complete picture of what was intended is not what we have left today. i was fortunate to have old history books published befor 1860 that has details not found in history books today.

You referred to EO being given by Obozo and in the same sentence you mention the president of the Republic not giving such orders. You lied when you said you didn't mention TT, or you are deliberately misstating to cover your ass. (are you sure you're not part of RUSA?) The article is talking about TT and Kookeguards response to that 'republic' group. Unless, you decided to go completely off subject, YES, it looks like you were referencing TT, hence my coolaid comment.

It would be nice Anonymous if you could communicate your information and views without mocking and demeaning the people who participate here. You seem to have a very inquisitive and intelligent mind. Your slurs distract me from the enjoyment of your gifts. It would also be nice if you had a name, like Bob or Jim etc., then your comments would not be those of a man needing to hide.
Though you clearly think you are right about everything you say, much is opinion, which is never truth. I have actually been in the Republic since the letters went out to the Governors in 2010. I was in the First California Grand Jury and I in attendance and part of the group which signed the Declaration of Intention.
