NEW DRIVING LAW = ALL STATES (Very Important!)

THIS WAS ON THE LOCAL NEWS LAST NIGHT---THE FINES CAN REACH UP TO  $1050.00 AND YOU AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR LICENSE FOR A YEAR

--SO TELL EVERY ONE YOU
KNOW WHO DRIVES --- ESP THRU IOWA.

NEW DRIVING LAW = ALL STATES (Very Important!)

While driving across Arizona a few weeks ago, I observed an Arizona Hiway
patrolman parked on the side of the freeway with his lights flashing for no apparent reason. I soon reasoned that he was probably waiting for some unsuspecting soul to violate the new law. Beware my friend.

I received this today. From the size of that fine it seems like it would be best to slow down to 20 MPH under the speed limit AND move over.

Subject: NEW DRIVING LAW (Very Important!) I was aware of the move over to outer lane and knew to slow down, but I didn't know about the 20 mph under speed limit.

Thought maybe this might be good information to pass on.

Someone added: This happened to my aunt on the four lane right outside of Dyersburg, TN a few months ago. Her ticket was over $300 and it cost her three points on her license, too. A state trooper and a county cop had someone else pulled over. She slowed down and moved over a little, but not all the way into the other lane. The trooper wasn't understanding at all. Mom was with her and she didn't know about the law either.

NEW TRAFFIC LAW - 2010 If a patrol car is pulled over to the side of the road, you have to change to the next lane (away from the stopped vehicle) OR slow down to at least 20 mph under the posted speed limit.

Every state except Hawaii and Maryland and the D.C. has this law. In California , the Move-over law became operative on January 1, 2010 ..

A friend's son got a ticket for this recently. A police car (turned out it was two police cars) was on the side of the road giving a ticket to someone else. He slowed down to pass but did not move into the other lane. The second police car immediately pulled him over and gave him a ticket. He had never heard of the law. It is a fairly new law that states if any emergency vehicle is on the side of the road, if you are able, you are to move into the far lane. The cost of the ticket was $754, with three points on his license and a mandatory court appearance. Please let everyone you know who drives about this new law. It is true (see details at the following web addresses).

This same law applies to tow trucks and medical emergency vehicles like ambulances on the side of the road.

Yep, privileges have their consequences.
Driving is a privilege.

You can travel by right.

Driving requires a driver's license.
Traveling does not.

Right to Travel comes from the Creator.

Let's see if someone asks someone to chew on whether the right to travel is new age or not.

Read another post from someone about the Dr Steven Greer, and you'd know there was nothing Christ like or Christian in their communication.

It was rude and negative while replying that people needed to seek Christ.

How un-Christ like to tell someone how they need to seek Christ.

People (and their souls) are being revealed in so many ways.

Driver's license is a contract to obey traffic laws written by those you are in contract with to represent you and write laws you will obey.

You are who you are waiting on, and you created the agreements that oppress you.

People will wake up to that, or continue to fight that (know)ledge.

does ths patroit crap make sense? no it does not work. but the cops city, state, county are private people working for a private corpation so you can sue them ,especialy if they dont have a dot cert. since your not comercial you arnt required to have the lic. so just sue them in thier personal capacity. rod class got the original rulling from the north carolina att gen. so it works in all states. the judge, cop, the city manager. etc. so stop with the patriot crap ,and learn what you can do to stop this stuff.

This is true. I live in NC & they have signs posted about this move over law all on the interstate.

do note also that a ticket is also a "Contract" which you dont have to
accept, sign on it Without Prejudice UCC-1-308. and let them know how
are you going to pay for it? Rocks? because we do not have the lawful
money according to the Constitution. Gold and Silver.

Who is living that obeys a sign. If the sign said 'sit' would you sit right there?
Q:Why did you sit there?
A:The sign told me to.
Result:Straight jacket and a nice padded room.

If there is a contract agreeing to those terms, they will bust their ayeses trying to enforce it.

Everything you can do with a driver's license you can do with a State ID, except they may ask if you 'mind speaking to a peace officer' and you best be sure how much you mind or don't mind.

You can't rent a car, or finance a car (have a lien with the State) without a driver's license.

Would you please stop whining and carrying on about how unChristlike others are, while you spew your phony new age shite! No... the question of right to travel has nothing to do with new age. Your simple minded philosophies don't "resonate". Ha

Sometimes people vent and that is not the true indication of where their souls are. Matter of a fact those who are standing for truth of Christ are more sensible than any of that silly ...'you created the agreements that oppress you" statements.
I am sick of all the attacks on Christians by new agers who have no hope in anything but their sick selves. And sick... most of them are! THEY steal the good stuff from the Bible and twist into their own feel good religion.

Go back to studying the law. Rod Class IS a good start!

Obviously a little slap on the hands is more than you can take... grow up er maybe tell me another fairytale story to make your point!
