Sixty days for a recall in Colorado? A recall is a political action so who made the time limit? Was it the guys that you might want to recall, like the legislators and the Governor? So how can They tell you what your time limit is? I'm just saying, if you take to long you might want to challenge it in court, Federal court, because the state court might not care about your God given rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution. Don't forget the 9th Amendment! When you go door-to-door talking about candidates the "no soliciting" signs do not apply to you because you are not trying to sell anything. Your rights and powers are greater than you think.
