Well, after all, it is a holiday Monday. Washington's Birthday. All Federal offices will be closed.
The loud and unnecessary music dominates the video. The caption box covers most of the text. I could not hear the video due to the loud obnoxious music. Was the poor quality intentional? Who is the source? Disinfo?
