This web site is brand new and was established on August 3, 2014 to provide you with common-sense information onhow to protect yourself and your family from the outbreak of the Ebola Virus. This site contains information that you are not being told by the media or by government officials. Sadly, no outlet in the mass media is telling anyone how to protect themselves, so we decided to do so! While government officials publicly say they are confident that Ebola will not break-out in the United States or other advanced countries, government has a long and well documented history of not being forthcoming with truthful information when disasters strike.
Governments routinely withhold information because they fear "causing a panic." The problem with that approach in the context of the Ebola virus is that it kills people so fast. There is no time to wait for government to correct its mistakes or its failure to reveal timely information.
Sadly, many mass-media outlets are more concerned with keeping in the good graces of government officials, than they are with doing their job: Getting information out to the public. This thinking gets in the way of fast, accurate distribution of information which could save people's lives.
Since an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, we decided to establish this web site with the goal of putting forth common sense information, without it being filtered, manipulated or massaged by government officials or mass-media editors. Those of you waiting for the government to correct anything. Well you need to realize government will never correct anything. You see, they have never admitted to be the problem. When they do you might see something corrected. But it will have to be placed on the government budget. I really do not think we the people can afford the government to correct anything.
No virus for ebola has ever been found. That's what the government is not telling you.
