National Alliance meet without Maliki   13:19  08/17/2014

I met the leaders of the coalition on Saturday to determine the mechanism of dialogue with the political parties concerned to form a ministerial cab It was noted that the Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki has missed the meeting and announced the head of the National Alliance,

Tlar:   XXXXX your source is every bit as good as mine.  I am hearing the same thing.  It would be my guess that he ran last night fearful of the government being put together.

He would be even crazier than he has already shown himself to be to stick around.  His usefulness has played its part in the peaceful transfer of power.  Everything for him is downhill from now.

The government is talking about crimes as MP's from the Sunni's and the Kurds have started talking of murder and mayhem,   The government itself talking of audits of Ministries looking for the theft they have been accusing him of for years.

Citizens filing lawsuit and demonstration of citizens throwing shoes at his pictures.  We all know, he can't stay.  I don't think they gave him immunity of any kind but rather a gentleman’s agreement to let his family and extended family get a head start to go on the run along with him.  I think he just took his.

The Iraqi government probably knows he left but is keeping it quite now for something like 24 hours before they announce he has fled. All of this is speculation of course of mine Scott, so please don't nail me on it later if it turns out wrong.  Thanks Scott for understanding.  tlar

Tlar:   Hey Jaxs. Good to see you up this am. Looks like another good news day starting and lots of good conversation.is starting to show up. Maliki went missing yesterday.

Jax we are all keeping our fingers crossed. Well except those that we saying he was going to get a third term. Now once this government is formed or Maliki is verified out of the country, the countdown to D- Day begins. D-day =RV. That's the way I see it Jaxs. What is your view?

Jaxjags:  Lojak and TLAR.......... I believe the CBI/Turki is at bat. Turki and the Board of Governors have what they want and now we wait to see now quickly they move

Remember, the day after the conclusion of the elections (28 April 2014) Turki stated that he would not hestiate to COMPLETE the project once the political is decided (based upon the translation).

So,.......political decided.............I believe that the Board of Governors understand that a completed GOI and a new budget is of no value unless the status of the IQD changes so that the world can use it.

Just my opinion.
