9-26-14 DC: Iraq had successful UN meeting and Abadi is back
in Iraq. CBI did some tests yesterday. Pinging did occur yesterday and
was described as a dress rehearsal to be sure everyone is ready to go including
the CBI, central banks, BIS, etc. You don't do a dress rehearsal a month in
advance. It is usually done right before...not saying today but all in the
world are ready for it.
Their TV is still saying economic reforms coming soon or
immediately. They are preparing their people for a rate change in
Iraq. It is extremely likely they will make good on telling peeps new RV
rate Oct. 1. It is different this time because the GOI wants to get this
done, there is more transparency, the US administration is supportive and all
political operatives on board.
