Tony: Good morning, TNT! It is Friday, September 5, 2014. It’s a very confusing morning as you can see. You should be excited – it’s a super-fantastic day, weekend, next week. The tweet said DC will answer all questions! Exciting news from Iraq, from what the President said as well, if you can understand it, so everyone should be happy now! Ask many questions as you can; this call will be only an hour or so, so ask your final questions and action items. The biggest thing is what was in Iraq on the newspapers and television this morning in Iraq and what we anticipate in the next few hours, and tomorrow. Both the Secretary of Defense and the US President said what they expect in the next few days.
DC: Hope everyone is doing well! The main player is Iraq right now and we’ll walk through the wonderful things going on. Since 5am, they said the seating of the 32 ministers will be in the next few hours. That’s on all their media. Many dignitaries from around the world at there, waiting – over 100 of them. Abadi has been methodical walking everything through, making sure his ministers and the people understand his vision. This is a dialogue between the PM and the ministers. Everyone has been very impressed with his actions.
There are several locations that are prepped for everybody to show up and start announcing the government. The digital version of the Gazette is says they will announce this in the coming hours. Use common sense: how many people show up for the formal seating of a new government? Not many. How many would come for a global RV? Many more.
Tony: Yesterday we were told it was supposed to take place between 8 and 10, don’t know if that’s our time or their time.
DC: In Iraq, they are going on about it, in the coming hours.
Tony: They sent every document to every party for a final review, in the right way.
DC: It’s a wonderful piece of diplomacy to have them sign again, all together. That keeps them leaning in rather than leaning out. That helps credibility. Everyone is very pleased with what’s going on, and even the detractors are taking Abadi seriously.
Tony: Yesterday we talking about 9/9 being the back date, and everyone is talking about next week, but today is the start of “next week” in Iraq. The only thing we hear they are waiting for is the end of the NATO Summit, which just closed, and a few more arrivals from that NATO conference. We are saying different stuff on television or over there, because I think dinarians should have more specifics.
DC: Everything else, across the pond, the President talked about the security side and supporting the US, etc, against ISIL. Ten countries are banding together, each providing a different part. This push is already successful against ISIL and they will solve that problem. All the security forces with the VIPs in Baghdad is making everyone nervous, so they want to get it done and get the dignitaries out of the country.
Tony: Some people this still may not happen until tomorrow. We just don’t think they will keep the dignitaries any longer than necessary. Also, they don’t have the same time sense we have.
DC: In Arab countries a given time is a suggestion, and if people don’t turn up at the time, that’s okay, it will still get done. Even official events are not at exact times.
Tony: It’s like the people in Hawai’i…
DC: Pam had a good comment about this. She said her friends were in Hawai’i, and they kept telling them to relax about time.
The US is absolutely ready, waiting on the starting pistol from Iraq. Many who have been fighting this are now extremely supportive of the situation, so thank you! It’s still prepped for a 2 minute release.
DC: I fully expect this weekend to be super-fantastic. I think Tuesday is too long to keep all those people with their security teams in Iraq.
650 caller: Glad to hear you so upbeat! Where are we in the windows at this point?
DC: We are waiting on the announcement. Whenever that goes, we’re game on!
Caller: The Zim will lose some zeros. Do you think zeros will be deleted from dinar?
DC: No. Too many people have already exchanged.
Caller: Thanks. We all look forward to moving on with our lives.
814 caller: I’m excited about what you said. Prior to you guys coming on, when Pam and Ray were entertaining us… I will just say that Prime rib is really good. [chitchat] I’m glad to hear you say that the next coming hours could spill over into tomorrow because Iraqi time is not our time.
Tony: The good news is they are not saying in the coming days or weeks, but in hours.
Caller: We are all filled with anticipation and excitement; let’s get ‘er done!
508 caller: Deepest gratitude! Do same banks that we’ve been hearing about still have the contract rates? Is there one pool for all the banks to drain together, or do they have separate pools?
DC: The contract rates are still there, but not everyone will get it because there is a finite pool they are pulling from. There’s a lot in that pool, but not everyone will get to it in time. Last time I heard, only one back had it, and the other banks are complaining and pleading to take part. The one bank says they have been doing all the heavy lifting and they deserve to keep their percentage. Either one bank will have it or all the banks.
Caller: I wonder why we believe the RV will happen as the government is announced. IF the other countries don’t trust the GOI, why would they trust it now?
DC: It’s all about what Abadi and the CBI have been doing. They’ve been transparent and a great contrast to Maliki. Any country can have a bad actor. The GOI is proving they are being open and transparent. The rest of the world wants this for financial reasons, so they want to believe in the new government.
Tony: Iraq wanted to do this a long time and they were stopped from doing it.
Caller: Will the GCR be all at once, or in waves?
DC: I understand it will go all at once, with some adjustments a few days later.
Tony: Don’t be surprised if you see this happen again in a few months – not everything, just one in particular.
770 caller: I’m sorry, I couldn’t find where to send the flowers for your mother’s funeral. Do you really feel like this is IT this time?
Tony: There are so many things completed, done, run out of excuses, announcements being made… there is no reason NOT to reinstate their currency…
DC: Plus the whole NATO deal had a purpose.
Caller: Will we still be calling an 800 number or do they have something else in mind?
DC: We understand the 800 numbers are still in play with exchange centers, etc. They keep changing the details, but the last time I heard, they are ready for us.
Caller: Are we dinarians considered a group, or are we just the general public?
DC: Great question! There are organized groups like the Admiral’s group. A large part of the planning goes into two groups. DInarians are considered a group, rather than being the general public who have a few dinar that they are not actively following. They are dividing us into groups that way: 250K folks who pay attention, and the 5.5 million who don’t pay attention at all. They could very well decide the 800 numbers are for the groups, meaning the dinarians, all 250,000 of us.
Tony: We have been advised to go in and take care of ourselves first, and then spread the word. They will treat that 4-5 million differently; they can go to the bank after the first rush of dinarians who will also get the contract rates and the benefits (rather than the 4-5 million who have not been following.) So we should each do that – get to the banks then tell the others!
Caller: Pam, please don’t leave us out! [Pam: I would never do that! Don’t listen to those men!]
843 caller: I’ve been listening to some other stuff and they’re saying some major laws need to be announced, and they are talking about a few weeks out, so that others can see the GOI is running steadily. But you don’t see it that way?
DC: I don’t see that.
Tony: You don’t see any of that in the Iraqi media, because it has already been completed and we said that weeks ago. If anyone thinks that after years of no resolution, after the GOI is suddenly going to happen overnight? Who does that make sense to? It’s all been done, in the background.
Caller: I have heard that the dinar might be coming out 1:1 then floating up.
DC/Tony: We have said several times that it is loaded internationally at a consistent rate of $3+. We know people who have used their Qi cards at more than three dollars. This is partly because of a certain document years ago that was translated badly. We have answered this question so many times. There is not going to be any LOP, not going to be 10 cents, not going to be 90 cents or one-to-one.
Caller: Don’t shoot the messenger! Just trying to figure out what to do. What about the bond issue?
DC: It’s easier to borrow money than raise taxes, so many governments offer bonds. Because Iraq has been waiting on the RV so long, they are going into the bond game as well. Because of ISIL, Maliki, etc., so countries are reluctant to lend Iraq any money. But if Iraq revalues their currency, they will have a lot more money for infrastructure and rebuilding. So both sides are waiting on the RV in order to issue those bonds.
Tony: Did I confuse the rate for the dinar or another currency?
Caller: No, I meant dinar. One person said that it will start out 1:1 and then float up. So I just wanted to find out about, if it would be different in-country and elsewhere.
Tony: It will go up when the hedge fund and other big investors jump on the currency. However, it will also go down again, so don’t play that game unless you know what you are doing. But those who do will make a lot of money.
DC: Unless you fully understand the risk, don’t do it.
585 caller: If this gets released this weekend, will there be after-hours banking, or will we have to go to Monday to go to the bank?
DC: We are trying to wait each other out on answering that one!
Tony: Maybe they will try to lead up to something on Tuesday for the general public, but I don’t know. I think it would be smart if they let us do something on Saturday and Sunday and then we would be prepared for Monday. The banks and exchange centers will probably be open 7am to 11pm for a while after this pops.
DC: We understand that they have 800 numbers and call center staff to answer them.
Tony: There was a pamphlet printed in February that tells you to call the 800 number.
DC: We understand that you can still exchange up at 25K dinar, without appointment.
817 caller: I just want to know – in your heart of hearts, could this be our last weekend?
DC: I truly believe that, I told my wife that this morning. Is it going to go this afternoon? I have no idea. Could they wait around until Tuesday? Yes, they could. But I don’t think they will.
Tony: They told their people “in the coming hours”. I do know the schedule said “between the 8th and 10th hour” and we still don’t know whether they mean morning or evening. We are close enough that we have a schedule and it’s in the coming hours.
DC: They could announce it today and delay our exchanges for a couple of days, sure. However, there are a ton of journalists and dignitaries there; do you really think they are there for the seating of the GOI? Doubt it. And you know it will get out because these guys talk for a living.
Caller: I have access to a couple of underground skype rooms, and Tony, your name is mud there… especially in Texas. They are so mad at you! [chitchat]
Tony: You are right! I am looking at my newspaper, and Texas has bought nine corporations here in Sacramento and moved them to Texas. You can’t trust those people. San Antonio is trying to get the Oakland Raiders, but it’s not going to happen!
214 caller: I’d like to follow up on what you said about “get in there first”… Most of us have 20-30 people on our list. Are you saying we should go and exchange and then call them so they can go to the bank?
DC: There is a moral dilemma here about groups and contract rates. It’s a first-come, first-served. It’s a finite pool, and we don’t know how big it is or how fast it will go. You have a group of 30 people that will need to know when this comes through? Or you are all banding together to exchange?
Caller: No, it’s more like every person on this call might have 20-30 people they have agreed to inform. I want to make sure I get to the trough myself.
DC: Yes, I have given instructions to 30+ people. So I will call first to get my appointment and after that I will call or text my people with the 800 numbers, and I can tell them my experience. That is how it will work.
Tony: We have 20-30 people on this call. Those people have an average of 10 people each, so that makes 300,000 on the call or listening to the replay. Within a day or two, that will be 3,000,000 when you tell your people and they tell their contacts. Ideally, you will have us giving you the instructions, and that will make it smoother. So we figure it out, you go and do it, and you make your appointment, and then pass on the info the people on your list. You deserve to have those contract rates. Of course, if people just want international rates, then they can wait a few days anyway.
Caller: I’m scared of horses, and they don’t like me. I am from Texas and only ridden horses (and got thrown) twice, but I’m going to buy a place outside Dallas offering horse therapy with a Veteran’s Village, employ them to help other vets who are having problems or need housing. There’s a ton of ideas to PIF. Give what you can and then give a little bit more.
713 caller: If we only get one call from you guys, what will they let you tell us?
DC: We’ll be able to say goodbye and forward the information to walk through at these locations on this website.
Caller: So, no seminars?
DC: They asked who people would listen to, and they were told Tony, myself and three others. Some attorneys have said they don’t want that, and it depends on who wins that argument. So we can give you the 800 number, website and pamphlet, and that’s it.
Tony: Let’s leave out the attorneys. If they let us do what we do, without bringing someone on the call, give us 3-4 days to help you, that clears them of any liability. That’s how I would do it: Give you the numbers and the process, and that would make it easier for everyone. I talked to people from WF and I hope they will still offer classes at our four events. We don’t you to be left hanging with all this money.
Caller: If the dinarians not given the training you have provided so far, is there a possibility that because of untrained dinarians descending on the banks they will stop the process?
DC: Will they stop the process for issues? The main one is security-related, and that has been smoothed out. If they change the hours… that should be okay. We have told the higher-ups that we think it would be a good idea to let us counsel you. It’s their choice and let’s trust they have thought this through.
Tony: People will respond to our tweets much faster than having to find a website, and being given information that they don’t understand and can’t ask questions about.
Caller: I’m attorney and my friends and I will volunteer to help, for free. Have a wonderful RV weekend!
337: I heard that if you have less than five million dinar, you bring it to the bank, give them your information, they will take your dinar and take the money out of your account… That is so stupid, what some of these people are saying! [chitchat]
Caller: If you have more than 50 million dinar, what do you do to cash it all in if there is a cap?
Tony: I could tell you, but then DC will be in trouble…
DC: It depends on how you divide it up, and we’ll leave it at that.
Caller: Can I take 50 million and have my spouse exchange 50 million?
Tony: You are on the right track. There are options. Get on OpenMike and ask Ray. You’re the reason they don’t want us to do the call now!
719 caller: I’m looking forward to being at Tuesday when no one can stop us. I’m the one with 205 people, and I’m getting my exchange set up before I call others who have at least been on the calls. Tony, you’ve always talked about Who Moved My Cheese and we use that in network marketing. But you also said that the rate will be going up…
Tony: The rates will go up. The contract rate might be the cheese factory. We know that the dinar will be $3+ to start with, and it will go up, but no one knows how much.
They are trying to get this done in 72 hours, so we’ll ask DC.
DC: I believe the contract rates will be the cheese factory. Tony doesn’t agree. I am going to get the contract rate and get out.
Caller: Tony, you are talking about going to Atlanta… why? If your dealer is there, they won’t have the contract rates.
DC: It’s where his reserves are.
Tony: The dealer does offer me something that the bank cannot, so there is a reason for me to go to the dealer. I won’t necessarily cash out there, but to pick up reserves. There is a whole different strategy that I’m doing.
Caller: For the average person … well, for those who have not been following the calls, so my feeling is that we will call and make our appointments and then I will send an email to others. If we have personal bankers, should we call them or the 800 number?
Tony: I would call the 800 number first, and THEN call your wealth manager.
Caller: If this gets delayed again, we will lose so much credibility. There are probably ten million who have some dinar by now. In our time, the Emergency Medical Service needs more money and we can give them enough to have a night shift. And DC, I understand why you want to be anonymous, but could Pam put up another picture?
Tony: we try to answer your questions, yet a little information can be dangerous. People make mistakes because they have just enough information to hang themselves. Yet if we don’t give you enough details, that’s not fair either. By the same token, we know that this is not for everyone to go out and do, because not everyone understands and it will cause a bottleneck if everyone does it, and if everyone has the same plan, they will change the plan. It would totally change what they have been doing for years if we lay it out in front of everyone on the calls. That is one reason they want me to do calls afterwards. I understand their perspective. When you try to talk to those 50 people you’ve been sending emails to, you won’t be able to educate them on every step or how to invest their money. They will have to find out. You at least tried to find out on the calls and the forum. If you try to give them that much help, you will be blamed for it if anything goes wrong.
DC: I’ve had the same response with many people I’ve tried to help. Parting words are quite simple: we fully expect this before the constitutional deadline for the GOI, which is Tuesday. There are over 100 dignitaries in Iraq right now, and they are excepting the RV. The news in the Gazette, online and television says that the government will be seated in the coming hours. WE don’t know how long it will take, but we know they are all vetted and ready to go. The rest of the world is supporting Iraq militarily and ready in other ways for currency reform.
Pam: Please do not lose your minds when this happens. Be excited and celebrate, but don’t rush into anything. If you’re under pressure, exchange one note and deal with it. You have the information; you know what to do. Take your time, use your pro advisors, do the right things and you can’t lose.
Ray: What they said. This is finally it. Enjoy your weekend!
Tony: This is the best place we’ve every been in, according to all the media. By Tuesday at the latest, the nightmares will be over and the dreams will begin. I hope to talk to you again – later today would be great, or over the weekend. Enjoy your day!
