Once again the call started with the country song God Bless Texas. [chitchat]
Tony: Good morning, TNT! It is Wednesday, September 17, 2014. There is some good information and what’s going on in Iraq this minute. There are higher numbers with their hands up, so I might skip around a bit today.
There are live things going on in Iraq, updated on the bottom of the television screen. I put out tweets about DC to give you the heads up to ask the right questions.
DC: The television is still running that economic reforms are happening very soon or immediately. This is causing consternation/frustration from the citizens, saying “Okay, are you going to do this, or jerk us around like Maliki?” Parliament has been meeting, and all the ministers are seated and done. In fact, they have been doing their jobs for many weeks but now doing the formal stuff. We don’t believe the economic reform stuff is in the Gazette yet. Abadi has had this new parliament vote on the RV again, and that passed swimmingly. Everybody is lined up and ready to go.
The CBI is covered up all sorts of helpers, too many cooks in the kitchen tripping over each other with technical blips. We thought that was already done and fixed, but with the late issues with the pensions and personnel movement, they are not always sure who has to sign what. Everyone has pushed for this in a major way, sending legal, technical and procedural staff from all over the world, as well as webinars and such to walk everyone through this stuff. The CBI has reminded everyone again that they will do this when they are darn well ready, and most respond with “Then do it!”
About ISIL, we hit some guys 20-30 miles out of Baghdad, and there are different troops in various places. The Kurds and IDF are doing well hitting those guys, despite ISIL training. Some are well-trained and some are not, so it’s been a challenge. Tony mentioned that we hit a nest outside Baghdad. If you are familiar with Iraq, Baghdad is in the center, where the Tigris and Euphrates meet. It’s the cradle of civilization. There are a lot of towns circling Baghdad, and ISIL has been involved in that area, and people are concerned they are that close to Baghdad. Faluja is only 30 miles away, a camel ride away. It’s not like there is a massive front – it’s more like 8-10 people fighting 50. I hope that helps with people’s concerns.
Customs agents are strong, making sure that no dinar are going in or out. Cards are loaded, and the rates have changed a little bit. Merchants are super pissed off that they have been telling people to be careful of rate changes, so they are also putting pressure on the government to get this done. This is a brand-new PM, and he could do what M did – say that he will be the defense minister and run other ministries -- and cause havoc. However, he has allowed them to nominate whomever they wanted, and let them vote on the budget and agreement/paper of “This is who and how it is going to be.” The merchants are getting angry over the waiting period. They are fussing at a lot of people. Many are saying “Let’s get this done!” This is all bad for merchants and everyday citizens, but wonderful because it’s adding more pressure to get this done.
Tony: We all saw the articles coming out saying that the voting was over and done with, and doing that Abadi could include everyone (unlike Maliki). They voted again on the RV, the new administration. They got a chance to be involved, nobody is a dictator, and everyone was part of the process. That should be in the Gazette today. Everything is ready so far as they are concerned. They had a changing of the guard in the admin, in the CBI, and now they are working out who has the authority before this is released. The US and other countries have teams in Iraq to work out how to do what they are responsible for. Now every team thinks their way is THE way to do it! So now they are arguing about who has the best way forward. They are trying to figure how to run a real business, a real CBI. Economic reform is being explained on the television again, and everyone is getting frustrated and saying “Let’s do it!”
On television they are talking about the deal made with the UN, that Iraq is ready to “stand alone”. That is scrolling on their television screens right now, after the Paris meeting.
DC: But we’re not going to say the dates, because that just adds pressure.
Tony: That’s significant, that Iraq is ready to stand on its own, without anyone’s political advice or foreign troops. They are saying, “We’ve got this!” We do know with the UN proposal and the coalition fighting ISIL that some bills are due tomorrow or the next day, and they are supposed to be paid in non-US currency. All that is good news that this is coming to a conclusion. Right now, Iraq is trying to do something different and know that they’ve got it right because they don’t want criticism.
DC: Nothing is every totally smooth and perfect, but they are attempting to do that now, and that is slowing the process.
Tony: There is a plan in place right now and it has been activated. So we are in a good position. IT’s not here this morning, but it is finalized. Our thing today from our other guy in Iraq.
DC: We understand the numbers may have been adjusted downwards just a little bit in line with earlier budgets. Those are the numbers with which they are loading some of the cards.
Tony: It’s all good, it’s done, they are enjoying it there and it’s just coming to us. I really hope this is the last call, based on what is going on today, and announcements being made today. They keep putting it on television and people are getting antsy.
DC: Let’s use some common sense. Let’s say you have an insurgent force that you are dealing with, and you’re trying to keep everyone calm, and believing Baghdad is getting their act together. You’re being told you will be wealthy, able to feed your family, and there will be jobs. This has been announced every day since last Thursday and then in the mosques on Friday and Saturday. There were supposed to be celebrations, but they don’t happen. Still, there are the announcements still be run everywhere. So people are beginning to say ‘Is this going to happen, or are you like Maliki?’ People want to look after their families and so they are getting frustrated. Intelligence agencies are updating their leaders and Baghdad, saying “It’s not the time to tease the people.” Everyone is very eager and it’s applying more pressure to get this done.
Tony: That’s where we’re at. They are playing with fire. I thought about this yesterday, because some have requested us to put the pressure, and what they’re doing is akin to lighting a match. But when you light the match, you don’t know if you are starting a bonfire that you can put out with a bucket of water, or a wildfire. We all have to be careful we don’t start something we cannot control. You have to think about results.
This whole thing should be coming to a conclusion really quickly according to this scenario. Everybody has to know that this is about more than conditions in Iraq. This is about five million people with 10K or 100K dinars, and they will get $300,000 or so – which will not change your life. With the US economy, we are close to the election and Christmas. It won’t hurt us to wait. The economy will take a hit when this happens. Five million of us may have unexpected wealth, but we are only a small percentage of 360 million Americans. What is the impact on them? A lot of what we have been going through is to protect them, and that’s why I couldn’t complain about those steps. There is a relatively short period of time now, and we will lift up the economy by spending. There is method to the madness.
DC: WE are not talking about a 30% drop, but rather a 1-3% drop in the US dollar, and this will be a little bit of a shock. We expect that there will be some asset-backed currencies throughout the world that will look pretty strong. Our currency is fiat-based, and depends on how well the government runs it. So many will take an asset-backed currency over the dollar. They would like this to be as close to 1% as possible. They know there will be some adjustment, and we will bounce back. The financial guys are upset because for them 1% is a big deal. They agree will not let it fall more than 3% initially. The G8 countries will help make sure the dollar does not fall more that 3%, because it’s not good if a bid boat is sinking… it screws up the economy, industry, and so on.
We were not all that worried about this, but no one expected five million dinarians in the US, and that changes the picture quite a bit. How many cars, houses, furniture will we buy? We have to keep it all in 1-3%. There has to be a little time between it actually going forward to the market to float. How? By easing the rollout as much as possible. They will start with Dinarland, and ease in the public before the hedge and investment funds start looking at this. We don’t want too many chocks because it will screw people up in the run up to Christmas. If the dollar is weaker, imports will be more expensive, but the flipside is that it’s good for good manufactured in the US, and therefore exports will be more attractive.
Tony: It was never ONLY about us, the election and the administration; it has to do with 345 million other Americans who didn’t have the opportunity we had. That will come out in the history books as well.
DC: For those who are involved in the process and doing the work, I encourage you to document what you have done, for the betterment of society. That will be a resource for historians and economists. I think it is important for people to write down their experiences, because you are involved I the biggest financial movement in history, write it down and stick it in a drawer, and later we’ll put the puzzle pieces together.
Tony: This type event may not happen for another 300 years, that’s how special it is. I know people take notes and recordings of these calls to pass on to their kids and grandkids, and they’re the ones who will be interviewed 15 years from now.
DC: I have a few diaries from family members from when they first came to the US, for instance. I have one story, that the sister of one of my g-g-g-grandmother, saying “A rattlesnake came through the roof for the second time this week; I’m taking the kids and going back home!” That was 200 years ago.
269 caller: I purchased my dong and dinar in my personal name, and I think I’ll be above the cap. I want to give my wife some currency; do I need to give her a gift letter?
DC: You’re married, so no.
Tony: I’d give her a gift letter anyway, just to be sure. They may well ask if you need separate appointments. All my purchases from Sterling have my name and my wife’s name on them. Sterling might be willing to do that for you.
404 caller: I like DC’s suggestion that those in the US write this – and those in Iraq as well, so we can see it from their perspective. You said that there have been some back-room deals. Is there concern that Iraq might align with the BRICS? Has that slowed it down?
DC: I think you are confusing two situations. The BRICS are the emerging countries with middle classes that are expanding rapidly. I would say that Iraq is in that boat, in terms of the middle class, and Iraq is now demanding their seat at the table. There are many BRICS summits where Iraq is demanding their place in the world. Because there are issues with the IMF, the BRICS have created their own similar organizations where they have voting rights. Is Iraq trying to align themselves with the BRICS? They are trying to align with everyone, because they are becoming a massive financial power-house in the Middle East, they are pivotal to China, and their agricultural production is about to go up dramatically. They are aligning with everyone in order to become (in time) one of the G9. They’ll be at G20 really quickly and then on to G8.
Caller: Tony, what question would you pose to DC, based on your tweet?
Tony: With the current plan as you know it, what approval rating would you give on the process? What chance do you give it of being completed ‘as is’.
DC: They have a very high probability of the procedure they have now: the CBI will pull the trigger, Iraq will be happy and it will quickly come to the rest of the world. Everyone is ready across the world, so I think it looks phenomenally good right now.
Caller: May it RV today or tomorrow!
650 caller: I’ve got some ‘who does this make sense to? Questions. In my opinion, the change in the CBI was the worst thing that could happen. Now we don’t know what the trigger is; we are back to the back-room deals and yet more delays. How will the CBI do this, when at any point the CBI could say, “oh, we didn’t understand this or that”.
DC: Why is the CBI an issue? They had to change things around because it was perceived as being tied to Maliki. So Turki needed to retire, plus he and his senior staff were tired and beat to hell after being ready for nearly a year. That wears some folks out. Why is the more stable and a better thing? There were some Maliki appointees still in the CBI doing things. Audits have been done, indicating who needed to be kicked out. The power from Maliki’s corrupt government had to be removed. The new crowd does have to figure it out, but also have to do things by the book as much as possible. So it’s not about back-room deals so much are clarifying who has authority to do this or that, plus some technical details. That does not indicate a conspiracy to block this, but rather a clearing of the logjam and keeping the channels clear. They could have done it with Turki, but it’s better with a new team. All the international teams are to ensure they get it done as smoothly as possible. Those teams are all saying “yes, they are trying to get it done and there are some issues, but fundamentally they are just trying to do this as cleanly as possible.” We’ve had many verifications of this going on.
So all these people are going through every aspect of their function to do it cleanly and right now. Let’s look at Abadi and the CBI: they have keyed up their people to get this done, and everyone is watching closely to make sure they are legal and doing what they said they would do as transparently as possible. Their partners want to know that they are doing the right thing in fighting ISIL; they don’t want to do that for a corrupt government, so Abadi has to show that the new GOI is honest and straightforward. If they do something nefarious, it will be found out very quickly. Let’s say someone at the CBI does something to delay this; you will have civil war, plus the Kurds will sell their oil on the black market. Iraq will become a terrorist breeding ground, and that will affect the whole world. There are active cells going after India, China, Russia, every country in Europe and of course the US. So everyone understands that this is serious and has to be kept on the straight and narrow.
Tony: This is information WE are getting, not what they are saying to the Iraqi people. There was a letter yesterday telling the Parliament to get on with the reforms. Everything is about “let’s do it NOW”, no excuses. They want to give a clear indication to their country that they are in charge and they control their own destiny. The GOI is saying they have taken the country back, not saying the US or anyone else is saying what they should do.
DC: All the leaders and doers in Iraq believe this is make-or-break time, and they are working like hell to do it.
Caller: Excuse my cynicism, but there are indications that outside influence trying to delay this, by putting a new team on the field. We seem to be back to 24-48 hour glitches.
Tony: In one sense your analogy is right: they took an experienced team that was corrupt, greedy and out for themselves, and instead we have a rookie team that is honest and straightforward, not just put money in places they wanted to or pay off their friends. They didn’t want this money to go to Maliki and his cronies.
Caller: I get all that. But they are publicizing it on television, so that delay gets worse and worse, and then there might be an explosion that would delay this instantly. If there is a plan, please tell us about it.
DC: Basically, they don’t have an option. It goes to hell or they get it to work, as I was saying earlier on the call. Despite some well-deserved cynicism in the US and other places, they are now behind this and sending experts to many places in Iraq to help this forward. You don’t do that if you want it to fail. At a certain point, you need to be cautiously optimistic to NOT ride this roller-coaster. If you really don’t think they will do this, then don’t invest in this, or put your currency aside and don’t drive yourself crazy listening to us! If you decide it’s not going to work, then that’s your decision.
Tony: So you want us to give us the details of the plan so that we can believe like you believe. For the last two years, every time we gave you timelines, they would change the plan and they would blame it on Tony! Been there, done that, and I don’t like it. People would call me and say “You said 3pm on your call so we are not doing it then!” That happened many times. The plan won’t work if you know the exact plan! There is a step-by-step plan that will not work if 40,000 people listen on the call and then tell ten others, and so on. If they wanted everyone to know, they would just post it on the internet! That is why asked DC about his confidence level – it has been initiated.
Caller: I am fully in on this and have been on the roller coaster. I feel like we had much clearer milestones a month ago.
DC: There is only one milestone left: when the CBI sends the Go signal to the IMF. They have to run some software in their system, have some lawyers kiss it, and boom! It’s done! There is nothing else left to do.
Tony: It could be 1. October. However, Iraq has already put out to their people that the last three months everyone will be paid the new rate retroactive to 1. January. So we know that somewhere between now and 1. October it has to happen. It makes sense ot me that they will want to do that in time for everyone to get used to the rate before 1. October.
DC: The CBI sent out a memo saying they could go on a moment’s notice, and that was a week ago. They had individual contacts saying they want to get this done. If you are trying to clean things up, in your first week in the job, why would you want to mess it up?
Caller: It’s either going to be honest and happen, or we’ll see that it’s a game. I was something on twitter about how 3-D printer had been used to create a human vertebra.
Tony: Not only that, it’s been used to create human heart valves. There are four distinct areas where this will be huge.
617: When you get the packages, will you go to the bank first or tell us first?
Tony: We don’t know what’s going to happen, but I’ve always wanted to call Okie first, and give him the privilege of announcing the RV. Some government people are against that, but that is what I want to do. Then we’ll send out the 800 numbers and all the info about how the process works.
Caller: How will we find out the rates?
Tony: What I want to do is to put out the 800 numbers, and the rates – but those will be static. They may be static for a while or they may float, we don’t know.
Caller: I thought that the TRNs were supposed to be announced on Monday.
Tony: The TRNs were announced back in July. They are not bank notes like fives and tens; they are like bonds or treasury notes that are exchanged between banks and countries. It has to do with that banks/countries have to do to secure the money.
570 caller: DC alluded to ISIL screwing this up because they are worried about them getting close to Baghdad. If they are getting all this money and selling oil on the black market, is that screwing this up.
DC: I didn’t say ISIL is screwing this up, only that ISIL is near Baghdad. If they don’t do what they said they would, then these other things would happen. They know that ISIL has one refinery, but they are tracking the oil and the dinar they had gotten previously. That’s not holding this up. The CBI and GOI is being careful to include everyone in the government because things are fragile in Iraq. This has to look perfect to make this work, to the point where people are now saying “Just do it and we’ll clean it up later!”
Caller: If they wait until it’s perfect, it will never happen.
Tony: There is a date out there, and we’re saying you need to do this right now!
Caller: If we have to sign an NDA and we do something wrong, supposedly they can take the money in our accounts.
Tony: It will be taken away, but it can’t until they try to exchange it! There is a system in place to do that as soon as this happens. You don’t have to be worried about putting words in DC’s mouth; I do it all the time!
662 caller: What is the year being accepted on the Zimbabwe dollar?
Pam: 2008 and 2009.
Caller: do you know if Zim is coming out in single or double digits?
Tony: I don’t know. If I even told you what I heard, well, yesterday I got a note saying the 100 trill note being sold on ebay when from $20 to $36. When I bought mine they were $2. After our call, DC said the price doubled overnight. If I answered your questions, it would go from 36 to 72, and it would still be worth it.
Caller: Do you have to have a receipt going to the bank with your currency?
Tony: It will be currency like any other, so I don’t see why. If they don’t need proof of what you have in your hand, they WILL want proof of any reserves you have. I know a lot of people threw away their receipts over the last ten or eleven years. If you do have, better safe than sorry.
DC: I’m taking a big of currency and a bag of receipts!
Caller: Have you received any contacts about the bank package?
DC: We have been told that we are not going to be giving out the package information, and at the same time we’re told that they want us to educate you. We are pretty sure we will at least be able to do a goodbye call and point you in the right direction, to a website or 800 number.
Caller: If there is likely to be a lot of change in the dollar, what currencies might we want to put our assets in?
DC: I would put it in very safe countries, like Canada or Switzerland, possibly with a Multi-Currency Account. I would talk with a financial adviser about that. In my opinion, things will be volatile for the first six months, so I will be cautious. Also, keep in mind that the US will come out of this like a rocket, with an 6-8% increase in GDP.
Tony: There are probably six or seven countries that I believe will have a huge jump I the next six months or so, but I tell you about them, but then that will change! We do know there are some countries lining up to be in the second and third baskets. The simple fact is “no guts, no glory”. You need some guts to do what is going on and the investments you can make, and you can create fortune in those six months.
727 caller: When we go the exchange, will this be considered an investment or a currency exchange.
DC: You use the word ‘exchange’ because hopefully there will be a different tax rate than for investments, but no one knows until the package comes out.
Caller: Can you change anything in the NDA.
DC: I don’t think so.
Caller: Do you think the rate has gone down drastically?
DC: Not too much. We are not going to notice it. I think we will be okay.
Tony: And it probably won’t stay at that rate for more than an hour.
Caller: Can Pam tell us how to donate to your site?
Pam: Go to www.tntdinar.com, click on the DONATE button, and follow the instructions. If you are listening to this call, you can make a donation to keep this call going. That is through PayPal only.
719 caller: I have a background with the IRS, and family members are still there. The lady who asked about receipts, you need those receipts for the taxes, so you know if it is long-term or short-term capital gains. We had all our currency verified at our local Wells Fargo, and they did it with the book and a black light. If you need a receipt because the bills are counterfeit, that’s so you can go back to the dealer. I know Sterling has kept them going back to 2010.
Caller: I had a friend who had a certificate of authenticity, and I told her to keep it in the original envelope with the postmark.
You said that a short time after the CBI releases, the US will come shortly after. How long?
DC: We’re talking an hour, maybe a few hours, but they will do it at the least disruptive time possible. It will be on the screens so that they can’t mess with it.
Caller: We have read everywhere that the last two ministers were rejected by the Kurds, etc. Have they?
DC: The first votes were not successful; it took three votes to get them through, but we understand they are all seated.
Caller: Does Maliki control the newspapers?
DC: He didn’t own them, but did have control as PM, in the past.
Caller: We are now into Iraq’s late Wednesday – can we expect a mess?
DC: The intelligence guys are talking to their leaders, saying “You have to control this and get it done now.” We are on a very tight timeline. Could be tonight, tomorrow, but going into the weekend – could be ugly.
Tony: They are sitting on a powder keg. Anybody with the right influence could strike a math and blow up the whole thing. I mean people in Iraq. They bought themselves so good will with announcing that the cards would be loaded, backdated to 1 January.
Caller: You guys said “Wednesday or it will be a mess”…
Tony: The intelligence guys I talk are saying that there is a huge issue if this doesn’t get done, so they are maybe releasing some of that strain.
Caller: Okie said he had a copy of the NDA, and it’s not that big a deal. I have signed many, many NDAs, and they would have to go through a legal process and prove you have violated that NDA before taking your money. They can freeze your account, as with drug dealers, but not seize your accounts without due process.
Tony: They have already frozen someone’s account for violating the NDA just this week, and they are holding the money as evidence.
Caller: I don’t want people to be scared of signing the NDA.
Tony: For you guys, It’s five pages! Just don’t do what you’re not supposed to do!
Caller: It looks like 1. October is the absolute back wall, but if ISIL is paying people, Iraq wants to let this go so they can pay people.
DC: Many people are worried about double-dipping. Well, law enforcement is doing its job and many people who have been paid out before are now being arrested, etc. My understanding is that they will continue to do that. There are people who have done really bad things, and we are waiting for the RV to get them. This is a cautionary tale for those who might violate the NDA. If they say “don’t’ talk about it”, then don’t, because if you cross that line you will get busted.
Tony: If there is anything that I couldn’t tell you after the NDA, I’m telling them now! If there is someone you need to explain things to, do it now, before the NDA. There is a list we know of with a lot of people they will visit afterwards who were doing things they shouldn’t, even though they were told they could.
706 caller: [Appreciation to TNT, CL and our senior statesman] On the 2% exchange rate, I’m fine with that and my taxes, but for the 2% do they need to give us a receipt for that, or do we pay taxes on the gross (not net)?
DC: We’ll have to see what the tax code says, but I will make dang sure that I have the receipt for that 2% for tax purposes.
Caller: I am a long-term rehab nurse, back from vacation and going back to work tonight, so the RV should have happened yesterday! I’ll still go in to work tonight and work my notice because I love my patients. It’s taken six months to get on the call, so this is the day!
Next caller: You said something earlier about the dollar being devalued 1-3%. What will happen after that? Will it be announced? Will anyone know about that?
DC: This will be very minor, with a few adjustments, but for the most part they want to do it so it’s unnoticeable for most people. Some finance guys will freak out, but most people won’t even notice.
Caller: Is there going to be a rollout? I’ve heard the dollar will devalue by 30% over time – would that be over two years? Ten years?
DC: I believe that dollar will devalue very slowly because there would be riots if we dropped it 30 cents quickly. My grandparents were offended when Coke went to a quarter, because it was a few cents when they were young. Cars used to be $1,000 and now are $35,000. It will be very, very gradual. With the GCR, the US will increases their currency reserves of asset-backed currencies, and that will also slow down the rate of devaluation.
Caller: How can we help the economy, and make this less of a hit on the general public?
DC: Most of the America won’t even notice this, they will just see gradual price increases. The overall US economy will increase dramatically, with more jobs, wage inflation and overall benefits from this. In terms of charities, the best way to help everyone else is to get your plan together first, look after yourself, and invest so that you have a certain amount that you can spend and give away. Have a plan before you start spending money.
Tony: Have a plan, and spend money. The rich are getting richer by hoarding their money instead of putting it in the economy. Four percent of the people control 54% of the money, and they are not sharing the wealth. Create and invest in new business opportunities and industries. Use the money, rather than stacking it up in your bank account. Rich people are scared to spend money, because they don’t know what will happen. Just do it smart, paying your taxes and using your money wisely.
Caller: [Appreciation] I hope you can come to my wedding after the RV! Tony, you can pick the place. I know you don’t like Texas and I’m moving to Texas, but you can pick the place. We’ve been friends for 32 years, and now we are getting married, and I would love for you to attend so we can meet you.
Tony: I was happy to come to New Jersey! Thank you for the invitation.
Caller: My partner wants to know if we should hold back on the dinar and exchange it at a later time.
DC: For safety, I am not going to take all my dinar at the same time. But as quickly as I can get it exchanged, I’m done.
Tony: You’re going to get your best rate in the next 90 days. They will not devalue the dollar more than 2% per 90 days. There are other countries that will revalue much more in a shorter time frame.
As far as helping people and the economy, first look out for yourself and have your money make money. Then invest in your community. IF everyone did that, the economy will start to grow all over. We are doing a ‘shark tank’ in Sacramento, getting people motivated and getting businesses started that will employ people. I am not writing people checks to go and do their business; I will help them get started by setting some funds aside with a joint account, and I’ll give money as the business needs it, sot they don’t have to worry about whether the money is there. If you help your community, that will help the economy grow.
DC: Iraq is ready, waiting on CBI to do its stuff, waiting on them to have their procedures all right and tight, and from there it will be 2-15 minutes to go around the world. We are highly optimistic that this is coming to an end. The Iraqi economy is growing by leaps and bounds due to the GOI. In the US, everyone is ready, everyone here and around the world is ready to do this as soon as the CBI gets their act together. Finally, everyone involved in this process, write it down for posterity.
Pam: Life is not about the destination; it’s about the journey. This has been a long journey. Once you reach the destination, there is another journey ahead of you. Enjoy the journey.
Tony: When is your birthday, Pam?
Pam: Saturday and Sunday. You have time to figure out what you’re getting me!
Ray: Enjoy wealth-seeing Wednesday!
Tony: You have the information. All the hard work, arguing and fuss has been done. This is happening any time. The RV was put in last year’s budget, and they have put out information for the last three months that everyone will be paid back to January. When is thing actually going to be launched? I don’t think they will wait until the 1st because they have to give the citizens time to get used to this. They have been telling them for the last week that the economic reform is coming, and today they said that Iraq is standing on their own, financially and every other way. The banks and such have already done there final briefings, and it’s Wednesday and we’re still here. I am not worried because it’s all in place and people who were not pushing for it are pushing for it now. We hope to do another call tonight or tomorrow. Let’s make it happen.
