Frank's Call - Frank ill with flu .. I believe we're right on the brink. I -Teak is CIA My ladies - from this time onwards - only keep an eye on the Iraqi Gazette - we are at critical mass. Saturday 2014 budget was opened - ratified and passed. I-team has been guarding Abadi. Maliki has been effectively removed. We all know the rate - what we need is the date. GOI and CBI have met - interfacing the Monetary reform with the GOI. RV will be slipped in with no fanfare.. My Ladies. MY 3 does all the Arabic translations - will not go on phone. UN - Saturday night - urgency meeting UN development program - special session for Iraq economy. Terrorist disruption of economic development - Iraq exceeded 10% growth even with this distraction. Special development committee will be formed - don't know when yet. Want to set up fund for war damage. Parl - still a couple of things need to be done - just formed international board of accountants - now international system for accounting and auditing. Learning between private and business banking. New finance minister doing a great job. GCRG - General credit rating group - Iraq has paid off all debts - invitation to join the GCR Board - will have international status! Iraq has stellar rating - but we don't know what that is yet. Iraq now HAS NO DEBT. They are about to make some sort of major announcement - in meeting about that right now. Board of Gov addressed to Committee of currencies and financial instruments - PDF letter. - trying to interpret this at this time. OMX - combining Explorer and X-stream - when they come back on line - THEY WILL HAVE TO BE INTERNATIONAL - will be connected to 25 countries. RV from 20th to 31 we are looking for new rate - but how will we pass the 26th without the rate????? Frank ISX is now closed - but it is not inactive ...  closed ONLY for trade - X-stream is for one purpose only - to go international. Meetings that they are saying they will hold - ARE FINISHED, OVER, DONE, and all were successful - I-Team were present - Article 8 finished. They have FINISHED the budget. Iraq is now ready to help the world with its RV'd currency. Articles are saying they will lift the three zeros "next year". The Islamic new year starts on the 25th October. US will now be sending troops to Iraq. In Frank's opinion we are VERY close. Delta Exciting time - at end of journey. Parliament done. Everything done before they were planning. Planed for Wed - done of Saturday. Everyone congratulating Iraq. New Financial Minister - doing excellent job - is a brilliant man  and he's Kurd! New currency will be done very soon. Currency is already printed. Everyone is praising this government. Inclusive and effective. Lots being done behind closed doors. Abadi is doing great job. Whole global community now supporting Abadi government. Congratulations to Iraq and it's citizens. Defence minister now controls defence - not the PM. ISX shut down for implementation of X-stream - to make global - international next year (after 24th October). Interface with NASDAQ and 24 other countries - all ME. All Nations which have X-stream are ALL international with international currencies and are Art 8 compliant. 26th will be a critical date - a whole lot depending on that date. Abadi stated that a first priority will be to pay Iraq community - he's done that - and install new economy. There is little if anything left to do. Frank Last Sunday - special events occurred - between CBI and GOI. ISX starts trading on Sunday 26th - Sunday - first day of Iraq week. X-Stream is specifically for international trade - not local. Also first trading day of their new year starts on the Saturday 25th. - which is holy day in Iraq. New Gov has circumvented Maliki - even without outside help - massive achievement. Abadi - last year - as Finance Minister - we will lift 3 zeros after the elections - are doing this now ... Maliki was a massive distraction and destruction - now removed from influence. 2014 Budget is done and approved. Yet to be publicly disclosed. They are now qualified for Article 8. Will need to have new Rate BEFORE 26th !!!!!!! Now a lava flow - no one can stop it or get in its way. Still saying they will have to have meetings - WE KNOW THEY ARE ALL DONE AND WERE SUCCESSFUL! Kuwait officials are still in Baghdad - arrived last week - Kuwait have invested huge amounts in Iraq. I-team say they cannot hide this any more - and they know this. Even the citizens are withholding information until this is released - also they are aware we are monitoring the mosques. They did something with the budget on Sunday - something to do with the DFIs - MASSIVE inputs from these sources - cash and gold and assets. Boarders of Iraq - as of today - are massively reinforced with troops - troops plus munitions. Turkey resisted - were told to get lost. Softened targets in Syria - Baghdad is SAFE AND IS NOT IN DANGER.  ART
