another reason the HOA abuses, criminality and property thefts are so
outrageous and homeowners a repeatedly victimized by some in courts.

Attorney's do not have a law license. There is no such thing as a license to practice law; only a BAR membership, which is not a license. A BAR card is like a membership in a union. So what Turley should have said was the attorney was disbarred instead of he/she lost his/her law license.
