Judges Commit Murder According to Constitution

We The People, Sheriffs, and Larry Klayman,

According to the 7th Amendment no one shall be charged with a crime unless followed by Common Law.
Judges have issued sentences of the Death Penalty on many, or have placed them in prison for which their death occurred, yet the rules of the court did not comply with the 7th Amendment or any other portion of the U.S. Constitution.
Since it is done mostly with the 'Equity' Court and Judges can not issue a Death Penalty in that Court then those that did die were by the Order of the Judge, a crime.
What has been brought up by the National Liberty Alliance is that Judges must have a Signed Warrant for the arrest of the criminally charged, which the indictment must come from a Common Law Grand Jury and not one chosen by the Judge or prosecutor, who both belong to the BAR Association, and there must be an affidavit of the witness to the crime.
Maybe it is time for We The People to start issuing affidavits on the Judges for those that did issue the Death Penalty and then maybe things would start to turn around.
If the Sheriff in that county which the Judge presides fails to act on this affidavit then those people are to file a lawsuit against the Sheriff as well as they failed to honor their Oath to the U.S. Constitution.

Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
