The central bank known as the Federal Reserve issues a debt note within a private corporation as an internal trading medium. Therefore anyone who has possession of the internal notes are deemed under jurisdiction of that corporation. This is why the corporation UNITED STATES feels it has jurisdiction over the world as the FRN is used world wide. The separate states must coin their own money from gold and silver to be free from the corporation. There is no mention of a federal central bank to issue money to the states in the 1st Amendment.

The corporate UNITED STATES being a private company operating in a fictional territory is able to have Jade Helm troops located in their claimed territories (franchised states). The Constitution applies to We The People's governments. Not a fictional private company. We simply need to re-settle our states and build them as was done in history. It is up to us to this ourselves.

Exactly where does their [fictional territory} end and and where does "We the People's" territory start? Do you really think that they know where the boundaries are since they are nothing but a crime syndicate/Mafia?
Their territory is in the air just above the land, ours is on the land. They know this too well. Same for Canada. In Canada, all flag poles are on a structure (vessels) of some kind because the Canadian government does not recognize the land, only the sea and flag poles cannot stand on the sea. This is why the phrase "free man on the land" is used.
That is great but they are [on the land] not above it. So how do we let them know that they are in the wrong place is my point?
Ever wonder why government taxes property and not land? Ever hear of a land foreclosure or just property foreclosure? Government and all sub divisions cannot own or have parity with land. Only property. In a foreclosure you can actually keep the land and return the property to the bank as property is only the improvements upon the land.
I get that it is the parsing of the words such as the Black's Law Dictionary. Citizen's. Person and so on. I understand how they trick us with words but they are using our [land] to come into our cities to possibly extract men or woman. They are using our [land] and not above the land to do so. They do not follow the Law of the land because they are on our land and not above the land. What am I missing?

Yes. What is going to be done about the fact that they are on our land and taking off from our [land] to spray us like bugs and poisoning us everyday and take away our blue sky and sun everyday?
