General Wesley Clark was the commander at Fort
Hood who sent the military equipment to Waco,
Texas that was used to incinerate the men, women
and children of a harmless religious community.
He also showed a proclivity for attacking
civilian targets - schools, hospitals, markets -
during Clinton's illegal war against Yugoslavia.
Now he wants to set up internment camps in
the US for "dissidents."
