1,000 Bitcoin ATM's Coming to Greece

I can't imagine how helpless the Greek people must feel right now. There are no solutions on the table. There is only "extend and pretend" options that are put in front of the people and every step is more painful than the last. These Banksters have no souls. They created the system, they exploited the system and now they are forcing the people of Greece to take the punishment that they deserve for themselves.

But wait! Look - over there! Behind that olive tree! In that fish market! Outside that CLOSED BANK!!

There's a BITCOIN ATM that lets people in Greece live their lives WITHOUT these Bastard Banksters!

Seeking Alternatives? 1,000 Bitcoin ATM's Coming to Greece

Bitcoin service provider and exchange Cubits has partnered with Greek bitcoin exchange BTCGreece to install 1,000 bitcoin ATMs and help small and medium sized businesses move money.
“We are creating the ecosystem of bitcoin and blockchain solutions in the Greek market.” BTCGreece founder Thanos Marinos told CoinTelegraph. “That will include the rollout of 1,000 ATMs and solutions for the e-commerce and tourism industry. Partnering with best of breed companies in the bitcoin space will enable us to provide the Greeks with solutions that will ease the difficulties of the capital controls.”
END

Before all those who don't like Bitcoin (or should I say don't understand it) start sending me hate mail put yourself in the shoes of the Greek people. How would you feel knowing that very easily you can wake up one day with NO CURRENCY AT ALL in your country?!

That's the kind of power that the Banksters have and that's the exact kind of problem that BITCOIN CAN SOLVE!

Yes, the Banksters will probably pass a law outlawing Bitcoin in Greece or even send their henchmen in to blow up every Bitcoin ATM in the country but NOTHING will stop the people from finding an alternative to the Banksters' Monetary Tyranny!

Bravo Greece...show us The Way Out of "their" system !

PS - Again, I believe that those people holding their Bitcoin in 3rd party storage companies will likely lose it all as well. Those companies are 100% tied into the fiat monetary system and, like money held at a bank, they will treat your deposits as their own. Just ask those people that held their Bitcoin in MtGox! Like your physical gold and silver - you should hold your Bitcoin in your own possession!

PPS - For answers to the million questions you have right now it is all in my books!!

That is the beauty of Bitcoin! If you have Bitcoin, and you have your wallet somewhere secure, like in your own computer in a Bitcoin wallet, even if they do blow up the ATM's, you would still have your Bitcoin! Businesses and vendors can install Bitcoin handling applications on their computers and the ATMs wouldn't even be needed.
There are myriad applications for Bitcoin wallets to install on your computer, and even on your phone for instant transactions. And, if doing the transactions from your own wallet, there are virtually no fees for using it. You can of course "build in" a small transaction fee in your wallet that will help support the bitcoin network, but it is actually voluntary. I do on mine personally, even though it is a very small amount.

I have tried to get businesses using it but they are all afraid of it for now. They don't want to get their livlihood tied up in Bitcoin and suddenly there is no way out of it. You can use an online wallet, such as Coinbase, and they have an app for smartphones that if you make a sale, you can immediately transfer that sale into dollars or other supported currencies, or you can save them all up for the day and transfer at the end for lower fees, etc. There is a lot of things you can do with Bitcoin.
I am starting to sell items on ebay and offering Bitcoin pricing for the items. Kinda tricky since the rate varies so much, but generally just the items I don't care about making a killing on, just to help people learn about Bitcoin.
Bitcoin, up and coming champion!
JMHO - YMMV
