Trump stated that he knew Obummer Care would be a disaster before it was put into law. How could that be when CONgress was told and instructed by another ding bat criminal traitor psyco Polise, that no one could see or read this fraud until they voted for it?

You answered your own question, Trump knew because it was so bad that they would not let anyone read it until it was passed and was Obama's signature legislation. He is in office to take America down and this bill is just part of his plan along with his 30,000 guillotines waiting in the FEMA camps.
Congress and Senate both should have voted no if not able to read the bill before voting. All that voted yes committed Treason and was not looking out for us. Ken T.
