WitchiePoo  I'm sorry but the IMF has been working on this project for 2 decades. While anything CAN happen, I just cannot believe that there are all these zero hour changes. A RECENT INCIDENT THAT IS VERY "TELLING". In a fit of rage, Obama snaps at U.S. military brass: "Don't you dare try and paint all of Islam with the same  brush" Showing his Muslim stripes, Obama threw a hissy fit and stomped out of a Pentagon meeting about the bombing campaign against ISIS over remarks allegedly tying the Islamic State (ISIS) to Islam. His tantrum reportedly took place in the afternoon of last week just prior to the president's departure to Camp David. It was an informal briefing on the expanded bombing campaigns to take place in both Syria and Iraq. Halfway through the already very brief briefing, President Obama stood up clearly agitated, and walked out  of the room. The casually dressed Obama returned to the briefing moments later with a senior adviser alongside him, though his mood continued to indicate he was still very upset. The senior adviser made a couple pointed remarks to the Pentagon representatives, reminded them the president had already had a very busy day, and then both she and the president once again left the room. Within seconds, Barack Obama returned again to the just concluded briefing, pointing at the still seated Pentagon staff and indicating how "inappropriate" it was to "try and paint all of Islam with the same brush." The president repeated similar remarks, his mood going from agitation to outrage. His voice carried to several other West Wing offices. The senior adviser, who did not originally return with the president into the briefing, suddenly re-appeared  alongside him, as well as the president's personal aide. She was smiling, and telling everyone "we're done here" which she repeated several times and then led the president back out into the hallway. CONCERN ABOUT ISLAM ?? >  > John Brennan, current head of the CIA converted to Islam[denied] while stationed in Saudi Arabia or at least is a true, confirmed supporter of Islam and an expressed anti-Christian . Obama advisor and founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, Salam al-Marayati, is a Muslim. Obama's Sharia Czar, Imam Mohamed Magid, of the Islamic Society of North America is a Muslim. Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships, Eboo Patel, is a Muslim. And last but not least, our closet Muslim himself, Barack Hussein Obama.  It's questionable if Obama ever officially took the oath of office when he was sworn in. He didn't repeat the oath properly to defend our nation and our Constitution. Later the Democrats claimed he was given the oath again in private? CIA director John Brennan took his oath on a copy of the Constitution, not a Bible. Congressman, Keith Ellison took his oath on a copy of the Quran.  Congresswoman Michele Bachman was vilified and almost tarred and feathered by Democrats when she voiced her concern about Muslims taking over our government. Considering all these appointments, it would explain why Obama and his minions are systematically destroying our nation, supporting radical Muslim groups worldwide, opening our southern border, and turning a blind eye to the genocide being perpetrated on Christians all over Africa and the Middle East. The more damage Obama does, the more arrogant he's become!. Where are our politicians and citizens who ignore all this?  Wake up America !! Please get this out to the younger generation----I think most of us "old"  folks smelled a rat 6 years ago.

VETTED NOTICE TO THE WORLD

THIS NOTICE Challenges the income tax, and the authority of, and the very existence of the Internal Revenue Service. We offer this notice to you as a Caveat. Beware of being duped by IRS people. They have no authority anywhere whatsoever. The only legal offices of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue are in the District of Columbia, and cannot be operated outside the District. All the outlying offices were abolished in 2001.

Please read this notice carefully, and send it to any IRS office that you believe has any authority over you to collect taxes for the Commissioner, in the District of Columbia. Most Americans operate on unfounded presumptions that the IRS has authority to collect taxes or to compel others to collect taxes for it. Chances are, you may feel compelled because others told you that you are compelled, and not because you’ve actually read the law for yourself.

The IRS has never been authorized to collect taxes or enforce any laws. And since March 9th, 2001, the Commissioner has had no legitimate Offices outside of the District of Columbia. But the IRS continues to pretend to be the nation’s tax collector, using the United States Mails to extort money from the public.

In August of 2003, Ms. Vernice Kuglin was acquitted of several charges of “willful failure to file” and “false information on W-4’s” because Ms. Kuglin had asked the government to produce the taxing statute that made her liable to do so, and the government had failed or refused to produce it. And it seems that there are at lease two other cases that are similar in nature. In U.S.A. v. Lloyd Long, in 1993, a similar verdict was reached by a jury in Tennessee. Prior to that, in 1991, John Cheek (Cheek v. United States, 498 U.S. 192) argued before the Supreme Court, which held that since the government had not produced the required taxing statute, that he could not be convicted of willfulness.

Thus it is now res judicata that the government cannot produce the taxing statute, i.e., “the issue’s been definitively settled by judicial decision.”

The government cannot produce the taxing statute because Congress repealed all the internal revenue laws in 1939, and has never re-enacted them. The Code of 1954 did not, and could not, repeal or modify the Code of 1939, hence it is not a code of laws; its unenforceable as law. Hence we demand that the President, his Cabinet, the Congress and the Judiciary, examine the facts presented here and either rebut the facts and conclusions or admit that there is no “internal revenue law” to enforce. And even if there were, that the IRS could not enforce it.

We accuse the United States Government of perpetrating a hoax upon the American people that has reduced all of us to a condition of involuntary servitude in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment and federal laws found at 18 USC 1581, and 42 USC 1994. Millions of us in the states of the Union living OUTSIDE of the federal legislative jurisdiction involuntarily pay tribute to the federal government annually in order to avoid having our property taken from us by IRS mail, rather than the court orders required under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

IRS letters are more powerful than any law, or any court order, but they lack legal authority. By these bogus letters and the illegal responses to them by fearful employers and banks everywhere, the IRS has exceeded its delegated authority to become an illegal enforcement agency, and hence a financial terrorist protected from its wrongdoing by corrupted federal courts, by abusing official and sovereign immunity over the District of Columbia. An examination of the Treasury Organization Chart, found in the 2003 U.S. Government Manual on p. 339, reveals that the IRS is NOT an enforcement agency, since it does not come under the Undersecretary for Enforcement as all other Treasury enforcement related activity does.

In 1944, the then Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve, Beardsley Ruml, gave a speech to the American Bar Association, entitled “Taxes for Revenue are Obsolete”. In his speech to the Bar, he said that taxes for revenue purposes are obsolete, because the government could now print all the money it needed to pay its bills. It could use taxes for other purposes, such as implementing “national policies” for other things.

The recent Kuglin case puts the government on notice that the best defense the people have against suits for non-filing or non-compliance with “the tax laws” is to demand a copy of the taxing statute, which the government cannot provide. It is shameful for the government to prosecute people for violating laws it cannot produce. We have become the laughingstock of the planet as a result. To permit such idiotic things to occur makes the United States an embarrassment to the people they theoretically serve. We all should be embarrassed. In light of the recent Kuglin case, the question we all have, now, is “what federal law imposes a tax on me, my activity, or my property?” More precisely, “where is the taxing statute that is represented by the Code, that imposes the alleged tax on me, my property, or my activities?” If the government fails to produce the un-repealed taxing statute, it can never convict anyone for violating it ever again.

The Act of 1939 repealed all the taxing statutes, but the Bureau of Internal Revenue continued to mail out tax returns for the “tax year” 1939-1940 and subsequent years, even though those years were not “tax years”. Treasury Order 150-02 cancelled all the outlying offices of the IRS, but nobody told the IRS. They think they’re still in business.

We bring these matters to your attention because it is only a matter of time before people start reading the laws for themselves, and discover what government officials and their predecessors have done, promoted, or simply permitted to happen. They directly or indirectly have led the American people to believe lies about the law, promulgated, or permitted by them and those who carry out their orders.

This whole mess is the responsibility of the President to admit to and clean up under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. It is his appointees and employees who are perpetrating this hoax, and it is his duty to take care that the laws of the United States, made in pursuance of the U.S. Constitution, are faithfully executed.

It is time for the President of the United States, Congress, and the Justices, to “fess up” and admit that there is no “income tax law” codified in the Code of 1954, yet they have allowed us to believe, or promoted the notion, that the Code is real, honest-to-goodness law. Even to this day, Congressmen continue to mail their constituents letters in response to their tax questions assuring them that the Sixteenth Amendment authorizes the federal government to collect taxes on labor. They tell this bald-faced lie in spite of the fact that the Supreme Court has admitted many different times that the Sixteenth Amendment “conferred no new power of taxation.” (See Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 U.S. 103 (1916)).

You must admit that the IRS is out of business, and that the Secretary of the Treasury and the Commissioner do not have constitutional power to collect taxes. The Secretary is an accountant, not a cop. The Congress is still the nation’s tax collector. It is just not doing its job right now. Soon, the IRS will be gone, and with it the false belief that the people must pay tribute to a foreign government (The Crown) through that instrumentality of injustice, or be ruined by it. We seem to be taxed for the mere privilege of existing. But the Constitution says that they cannot tax people or their property directly. Whether there ever was a tax on all the people or their activities or their property, if it was an “Internal Revenue law” the taxing statute no longer exists, and had no “force of law” after the “tax year” 1938.

We challenge anybody to disprove that all the official documents cited herein, and our conclusions drawn from them, by providing us with the taxing statutes enacted between 1939 and 1954 that were codified in and underlie the “Code of 1954?.

Please provide us with a considered timely response. We are fed up with “the tax laws are constitutional”or other irrelevant assertions made by ignorant IRS employees or public officials. If you can’t show us the taxing statute, then you must admit that we, as a nation, have a problem, and need to face it and work to get rid of it together. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.

Weird message warns viewers not to use phones amidst Ebola concern

Americans watching television across the country were puzzled earlier today when an alert from the White House interrupted their viewing, told them to stand by for an emergency message and warned them not to use their phones.
TV channels automatically changed to local news stations but no White House message ever came, prompting confusion and concern, especially given heightened tensions amidst the Ebola crisis.
The message was seen by viewers in Austin, Atlanta, Detroit and across North Carolina, as well as other areas of the country.
WSOC-TV out of Charlotte, North Carolina later posted a statement on their website saying they would investigate why the message went out, indicating TV and radio stations were given no advance notice of the test.
An AT&T spokesperson later indicated that that the alert notification was sent out erroneously.
“Earlier today, U-verse TV customers may have received an Emergency Alert notification. We confirmed that there is no emergency at this time and we are investigating why this occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience,” read the statement.
However, the Emergency Alert System is mandatory by law – stations have no control or power to block the signal once it is sent out by the federal government. Broadcasters are required to install and maintain FCC-certified EAS decoders and encoders at their control points, meaning the signal cannot be switched off or interrupted.
Back in 2011, a similar test of the emergency alert system, in this case for cellphones, went awry when residents were told that a “civil emergency” was in progress and that they should “take shelter,” prompting 911 lines to be flooded by panicked callers. Authorities later apologized, claiming the test was a mistake.

Why? Because the debt is due and what better way to make money than through the sale of weapons and other war machinery!

In order for Iraq to pay her bill (which is due), they have to have an internationally tradeable currency.

Oil contracts signed.  (you give us weapons, we give you oil?)

Iraq bought Equipment for their War with ISIS......THAT BILL IS DUE & MUST BE PAID In DINAR (Currently NO PUBLIC VALUE.....COULD THEY HAVE TWO SETS OF BOOKS TO Be PAYING THESE DEBTS)???

Contracts regarding Fuel have Been Negotiated (Weapons For Oil)???

Dr. Mark > What I believe is being shared is to understand the larger picture involved and how the war machine works.  Do I like it...of course not.  But that is how our "current" world operates.

Now, as to the RV...all of these activities require money.  Money to be paid and money to be made...that's what drives this whole crazy mess.

As to our personal investment.....Iraq has HUGE bills to pay and they cannot do it at 1166...the numbers just don't add up.

If Kuwait sold  something worth $1 billion dollars in Kuwait dinars.......Iraq would need to pay them over 4 TRILLION dollars at the current IQD current rate.  It doesn't work!

My take...and again, just my opinion:  If you all remember your history currency always gets deflated in war....then the war is won....then the country is rebuilt....and the currency is re-instated/re-inflated.  That is how it works.

Well, look at the Iraq cycle.  They went to war...currency deflated...war is over....countries assisted in the rebuilding of the country....what happens next????

If anything you have learned there is a cycle........and, we are at the end.....of this one!  IMO

RV/GCR: all market indicators point to Monday. I am not at liberty to say more than the stock exchange is due to come back on Monday and there are 28 countries that use the same system, and all of them are international countries

Why would they allow one country to join that's not International?

[BlackKarma] So from what I've read in the transcripts is that we are still in limbo and have no idea when this may take off. Next week or next year. All of the things that were supposed to set of the RV haven't and at this rate they could sit on it for however long they want. All the ptb have been paid. Iraq is using the new rate to purchase what they need. We are still out in the back 40. Pretty much the same as we have been for months and years. Bummer. :|
